Apply tax return at the following year, the tax return will directly withdrawal to company bank account at the end of the application year.
- The first 2 years:
The District-level retentions VAT and CIT are all refunded without threshold requirements. (VAT32% ,CIT20%).
- The next 3 years:
Half ratio returns of the district-level retained VAT and CIT. (VAT16%, CIT10%)
- The policy will remain for 5 years.
